I am 19 years old and I am starting to gain experience in the tech industry, and I have completed a 1-year apprenticeship working as a helpdesk technician. I have recently had an interview for potentially my next job, but I do not have the skills, qualifications or experience for it. I get the feeling that there is a good chance that I will be hired for this role, but only due to the fact that I am willing to work at minimum wage. The role involves working to remotely support clients with Active Directory and remote desktop support.
If I am offered this role I will take it, but do you have any recommendations for the sort of things I should research before I take this job?
